会标设计要求：
- 属自主创意，无抄袭、模仿侵权行为。
- 图案清晰流畅，色彩简单大方、寓意贴切，给人印象深刻。
提交方式, 请将以下内容email至： owner-cuasia@columbia.edu
- 作者姓名及联系方式。
- High resolution print-ready scalable vector format (e.g., portable EPS, SVG or Adobe Illustrator AI)
- JPEG or PNG thumbnail with a resolution of 640 x 480
- 设计方案的文字说明材料，对创意、效果进行解释和说明。
- 欢迎同时提供会标在各种色彩、场合（媒体，旗帜，纪念品等）的效果图。
奖励方式： 最终获采用者将获得 500 美元奖金
征集时间从即日起至 2008 年8 月10 日截止。

* Logo design rules
Purpose: The main logo symbol for Columbia University Asia-Pacific Development Society (CUASIA), which will be used for the web site, banner, publicity materials, souvenir and so on.
Guidance:
* The logo must be original work of the submitter.
* The design should be identifiable directly to the Society.
* The design should be usable in both monochrome and color media, including limited colors (say 2 or 3 colors).
Submission deadline: August 10, 2008
Participation: The competition is open to all designers, both professional and non-professional.
Prize: $500.00
Submission format: Each submission should include the following information and should be sent to owner-cuasia@columbia.edu
* Submitter's full name and address
* JPEG or PNG thumbnail with a resolution of 640 x 480 or more
* Design concept and description of how it is related to the Society
* You are welcome to show the effect of the logo usage under different circumstances
* If accepted, you will need to provide high resolution print-ready scalable vector format (e.g., portable EPS, SVG or Adobe Illustrator AI)
Copyright: The winning designer agrees that the winning design will become the exclusive property of CUASIA and is for the Society's sole use only.
Notes:
* By submitting a logo for entry in the competition, the designer acknowledges that he/she is the person that made the logo and is its rightful owner.
* The designer also certifies that the logo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and that it does not violate any copyright.
* Designs will not be returned to the designers.
* No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged
